If we've learned anything through the years, it is that nature has given us the tools to thrive. Our bodies are designed with brilliance. At U.A. we understand how to harness the body's own repair mechanisms to promote healthy, vibrant skin.  We also understand that this process takes time.  The "quick fixes" like botox and fillers have their downsides. They can have the undesired effect of creating an artificial appearance to the face. There is a risk of asymmetry.  Additionally, since botox temporarily induces muscle paralysis, it will cause wasting (atrophy) of the muscle over time.    We will admit that botox and fillers have their time and place-- they can be powerfully effective against wrinkles, and can help restore a youthful appearance. But at U.A. we recommend trying our more natural approaches first.
